What is glucosamine?
Glucosamine is an important amino acid in the human body and plays a key role in cartilage and contractile fibers.
As we age, the body's ability to produce glucosamine decreases, affecting joint health.
Glucosamine is widely distributed in nature as a component of mucopolysaccharides, and is especially abundant in chitin in crustacean shells. For example, crab and shrimp shells, which are rich in chitin, are sources of glucosamine. Glucosamine has been shown to be helpful in the fight against osteoarthritis caused by aging and excessive exercise, and is currently being widely used around the world for prevention and treatment.
Is Glucosamine Non-Toxic and Safe?
