產品退換


提供「七日購物退換保證」,讓您購物無後顧之憂。顧客在收貨後七天內,發現產品有任何問題及需要退換時,可以致電本店熱線。
 
產品退換方法及細則


退換貨服務只提供於與質量問題有關之產品
換貨時,貨品要保持完好包裝。
所有於本網站售出之貨品,親臨門市自行換貨。如換貨原因是本公司錯誤所引致,運費將由本公司全數負責,如是其他原因,本地及海外客戶均須自付有關更換貨品的運費。
所有於門市售出之貨品,均須憑正本收據親臨該門市自行換貨。

不可退回的產品


對不起,以下情況將不接受換貨及退貨處理安排:
· 產品收貨期已超過七天。
· 產品已經開封或曾被使用 (產品變質除外)。
· 顧客對購買之產品產生敏感反應 (顧客不適合使用該產品)。*
· 產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整。
· 任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品、清貨產品或特賣產品。
· 任何免費贈品,附件及試用裝禮品。


*如顧客對購買之產品產生敏感,可能是顧客不適合使用該產品而引起。不會就此承擔任何責任或相關費用。


本公司保證所有產品均為正貨。如客人發現產品有可能變質而要求退貨,我們會將貨品送回廠商檢查及驗證,一般處理時間為一個月。如鑑定產品變質,本公司樂意接受退貨退款或退貨退換服務。

如發現退貨產品不符合本公司的退貨條款,將不獲處理,不便之處,敬請原諒。一切有關退換貨處理事宜,Wise Hong Kong Investment Limited 保留最終決定權。

交易完成
如顧客於七個工作天內並未有任何退換貨品的申請,則代表貨品交易完成,本店毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,亦不會安排任何更換貨品或退款事宜。
· 本店提供的禮品及試用裝之質素一概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務。
· 本店不會就錯誤或不當使用產品而引至任何問題承擔任何責任。
· 本店保留無須事先通知的情況之下,暫停、更改或取消所有優惠或修訂其條款及細則。

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
